Cookie Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy including the data we collect about you, information shared with third parties, how we use cookies, and links to other websites.

What is this policy about?

This document tells you about tracking technologies (“trackers”) that help this website

document – unless there is a reason to differentiate. For example, while cookies can be used on both web and mobile browsers, it would be inaccurate to talk about cookies in the context of mobile apps as they are a browser-based tracker. For this reason, within this document, the term cookies is only used where it is specifically meant to indicate that particular type of tracker.

Some of the purposes for which trackers are used may also require your consent. Whenever consent is given, it can be freely withdrawn at any time following the instructions provided in this document.

This website uses trackers managed directly by us (so-called “first-party” trackers) and trackers that enable services provided by a third-party (so-called “third-party” trackers). Unless otherwise specified within this document, third-party providers may access the trackers managed by them.

The validity and expiration periods of cookies and other similar trackers may vary depending on the lifetime set by us or the relevant provider. Some of them expire upon termination of your browsing session. In addition to what’s specified in the descriptions within each of the categories below, you may find more precise and updated information regarding lifetime specification as well as any other relevant information — such as the presence of other trackers— in the linked privacy policies of the respective third-party providers or by contacting us.

Contact Information

Since the use of third-party trackers through this website cannot be fully controlled by us, any specific references to third-party trackers are to be considered indicative. In order to obtain complete information, you are kindly requested to consult the privacy policies of the respective third-party services listed in this document.

Given the objective complexity surrounding tracking technologies, you are encouraged to contact us should you wish to receive any further information on the use of such technologies by this website.

You can contact us at info@naturalshoots.co.uk.

Natural Shoots is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.Compliance status. The website has been tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard. Most requirements of the technical specification are met, but with some exceptions. This means the website is not yet fully compliant and that the necessary measures are to be taken in order to reach full compliance.

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

Some images do not have a text alternative, so people using a screen reader cannot access the information. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.1.1 (non-text content).

We plan to add text alternatives for all images by December 2025. When we publish new content we’ll make sure our use of images meets accessibility standards.

Disproportionate burden, Navigation and accessing information

There’s no way to skip the repeated content in the page header (for example, a ‘skip to main content’ option).

It’s not always possible to change the device orientation from horizontal to vertical without making it more difficult to view the content.

It’s not possible for users to change text size without some of the content overlapping.

We’ve assessed the cost of fixing the issues with navigation and accessing information. We believe that doing so now would be a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations. We will make another assessment when the supplier contract is up for renewal, likely to be in 12 months.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization

Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations PDFs and other documents

The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services. For example, we do not plan to fix [e-magazine] to the website.

Any new PDFs or Word documents we publish will meet accessibility standards.

Live video

We do not plan to add captions to live video streams because live video is exempt from meeting the accessibility regulations.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility
