PACKAGING & SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping & Upcycling Service
Standard Product
We prepare and pack our standard tubes in padded envelopes. We reserve the right to vary the size of packaging depending on demand and the availability of the appropriate materials. Our preference is to use upcycled packaging materials where possible.
Our standard shipping time is next-day dispatch after receipt of the order. For larger quantities (>100 tubes), this may vary. We will communicate this at the time when the order is received.
Delivery
Standard Product
Seed tube orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd class postage using an untracked service. Orders should be delivered within 3-4 days of dispatch.
Special Product
Products designed, manufactured, and finished through our Personalisation Service will be packaged and shipped by Tracked & Signed delivery. The full cost will be charged to the customer.
Our service works to specific timelines according to the scope of work commissioned and this product is known as “Special Product” and the service is known as the “Bespoke Service”. The delivery date is discussed and agreed to by the customer and once the written assignment brief is agreed and signed by the same customer. Payment of a deposit is required in advance. This is normally 50% of the total fee.
We will deliver the Special Product to the address you specify for delivery on your order. Please make sure this address is accurate, and that you are careful to select the appropriate address for both shipping and billing. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
We aim to deliver within the quoted time frame, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to advise you that the delivery date has changed.
You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. You hereby agree that goods supplied are not for resale.
Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your order from us. However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return an order if you change your mind, if you find an item which is not as you expect, or if an item is faulty.
Please examine your order and inform us of any problems as soon as you receive your delivery, as returns must be processed within 28 days of receiving your order.
Unopened tubes may be returned and the full item cost refunded. If any of the tubes have been opened there will be no refund. Please note that there are no refunds for single or double tubes purchased.
We need to receive back all the unopened tubes to check the weight and the integrity of the contents before a refund can be made.
Please note that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser, including if items are returned using 'special delivery' or 'signed for' services.

Upcycling & Collection of Used Paper Cartridges
Natural Shoots has a network of upcycling collaborations with shooting schools, retailers, sporting estates, and private individuals. If you would like to become a member of this network please get in touch.
We offer a service to collect used paper cartridge cases at the point of use; either from domestic addresses or other locations (eg shooting school, retail shop, agricultural premises) the (“Upcycling Service”).
We communicate the carrier name when we confirm the collection date and time. This will depend on the volume of paper cartridge cases and packaging that holds the cases (e.g. cardboard box or plastic bag).
